1) For other packages I do not have to manually setup debuginfo repositories.
2) Most ordinary people will not know how to setup debuginfo repositories or
not care enough.
3) DrKonqi does not offer to setup debuginfo repositories, but only installs
debuginfo packages from existing repositories.
-> The debuginfo repository for plasma-widget-menubar should be enabled
automatically (maybe by DrKonqi).
