Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start any LibreOffice application, e.g. Writer
Expected behaviour:
The application menu bar "docks" in the Unity "top panel" (apologies if
this is not the correct terminology), and can be reached by Alt + F10.
Actual behaviour:
The application menu bar remains attached to the top of LibreOffice
Writer window. This causes cognitive dissonance and makes the user want
to switch to a desktop environment in which there is some consistency of
behaviour.
