Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
Ubuntu ships packages which have dealt with source builds already for
you. To install ipsec-tools, type "apt-get update" and then "apt-get
install ipsec-tools". For version 0.8, you'll need Ubuntu release 11.10
or 12.04. Older Ubuntu releases have older versions of ipsec-tools.
As this is not a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking the bug status as Invalid.
