A window and all its borders should be displayed in 100% on a user's screen without "otherwise" resizeability. In Windows95 17 years ago there were no such problems! Where is the progress? Some users as my mother do not know that one can change a size of a window. In some cases changing a size is very annoying or a hard task even for an advanced user. Sometimes windows after resizing are useless anyway. A window shouldn't be divided into viewports anyway. What is the sense of it?
