Joseph, Natty was installed before on this PC, and all works ok. I reinstalled system to Precise at 30 April and run into this issue.
These was clean install, as after upgrade I was run into bug #982485 and trying to solve it performed clean install. Right now just tested if issue present with nouveau - and with nouveau no issue, so it may be related to compiz + nvidia driver.
