Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Qt 3 is long deprecated. The
qt3-dev-tools-embedded package was removed since it conflicts with qt4
-dev-tools. I'd suggest staying on lucid if you need Qt 3 support as
it's supported on the desktop until April 2013. Please report any other
issues you may find.
