I have not metapackage named 'linux-headers-generic' installed.
I tried to install it now, it installed three packages 
'linux-headers-2.6.38-15', 'linux-headers-2.6.38-15-generic', 
'linux-headers-generic' and ran dkms:

I can't understand why 'linux-headers-generic' package was not installed on my 
system. 
May be because of this I have problems with Virtualbox on any kernel update...
