This is not a bug of cups-filters, but of Brother's original printer
drivers. It is also not a bug of the (currently unmaintained) brother-
cups-wrapper-laser Ubuntu package in Universe as, according to comment
#4, the problem does not occur with that package (perhaps the package
has a fix or workaround). So I am closing this bug as invalid ...
Please contact Brother as it seems t be a bug in Brother's drivers.
