Please see /etc/ati/fglrx-uninstall.log as indicated by error. It looks
like you have installed a version of fglrx directly from AMD/ATI and
that is interfering.

One or more files have been altered since installation.
Uninstall will not be completed. See /etc/ati/fglrx-uninstall.log for details.
Also note that you have an Intel/ATI hybrid GPU setup, so fglrx driver
may not even work for that.
