I've just resolved the problem.
First of all, you have to use the command "sudo dpkg --configure -a" on a terminal. Using it, you will se the problem: witch package is the problem. After that, you have to click on the Adept Manager Update Icon, witch will be in the Taskbar, next to clock. After you log in, you will see the packages that have to be upgraded. In the list you have to remove the package that is broken from the list (you have to right click on it and from the menu you will find something like "uninstal".....it has a minus icon in front :D ). The last step is to use again the command "sudo dpkg --configure -a" on a terminal. Afer thet you won't have aany problem. Good luck! ;) -- Adept manager permanently locked up after first attempt at install on new system. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/117241 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is a bug contact for adept in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
