Thanks for the update, I was not aware of james' comments. So, as far as
I can see there is no guarantee that USC will receive the first title-
changed, nor the second, nor the tenth. So, I still think that having
the web page reload "itself" is not the proper solution, given that the
browser in the USC is doing exactly what the loaded page is telling it
to ("reload every 3 seconds).
I think that we should make the sca page not reload after the json title
is defined, and if we get issues in the client, approach those from a
different perspective.
