This is somewhat opposite to Bug #784804 (perhaps inflicted by its
"fix").

If  there's a file operation window showing eg. file copy progress,
there's no way to activate it except Alt+Tab. It isn't present in the
indicator area, and the Nautilus launcher button only activates the
Nautilus window itself.

If I close Nautilus window that spawned the file operation window,
there's no button in the Launcher at all. No indicator for it either.
