I use Kubuntu 12.04, KDE 4.8.2. When I click on a yellow bulb that notifies
about updates it turns into a black area on a desktop - please see the
screenshot:

Then I can only close this from panel open window task manager. This occurs
after each login. I need to add that this is a fresh install of Kubuntu and I
didn't do many changes, only disabled Nepomuk in system settings.
I can provide more information if you tell me how.
