In 12.04, mountall supports both 'nobootwait' and 'timeout' options to
control whether mountall should wait for a given filesystem before
signalling for the boot to proceed.  That seems to be the issue raised
in this bug, so I think this is resolved.

There were other comments about the plymouth prompts not working if more
than one disk is failed.  If someone is seeing such an issue with 12.04,
please file a separate bug report.
