When you focus the desktop, it seems HUD is unable to show items from
Nautilus (desktop) menu entries. A regression?
## Steps to reproduce
1. focus the desktop
2. activate HUD
3. start typing "Server"
## Expected results
HUD should suggest File > Connect to server
## Current result
HUD shows (fuzzy) results from system menus (network, bluetooth...) and other
windows in current workspace, but not from desktop menus
