I have an ASUS M4A78L-M motherboard, and I'm using the green output line
in the back to my speakers. Every other time I boot, there is no sound
at all, and Pulseaudio does not detect even the existance of my card (I
think ALSA does, as alsamixer shows everything correctly). However,
every OTHER boot sound works flawlessly.
