I have additional information. I have 2 different computers with install ubuntu 12.04 on it. Both have samsung ML-1640 plugged in. Both have identical bugs. On my home PC i solved problem with wireless router Zyxel Keenetic. I plugged in printer in router`s build in print-server. In ubuntu install a network-share printer. And all work fine.
