../conf.avail/69-language-selector-zh-cn.conf is part of the
"fontconfig-voodoo" bad hack that we currently do in language-selector.
That is covered by
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/desktop-q-deprecate-
language-selector .

Adding the font package is a wishlist for ubuntu-defaults-zh-cn.
However, the package is very big, so we might run into CD size trouble
for precise.
