Public bug reported:
Dash jumps from one monitor to another in a multi-monitor environment.
See attached video "dash_jumps.ogv".
To Reproduce:
1. Open GEdit on the right monitor
2. Open the Dash on the left monitor
3. Leaving the Dash open, click the save button in GEdit
Current incorrect behaviour: The Dash jumps from one monitor to another,
and on the second monitor shows an empty Launcher!
What should happen: The Dash should close when the user clicks anywhere
that is not inside the Dash on *any* monitor. The click action should
trigger whatever was clicked on, e.g. in the case above, clicking on the
GEdit "save" button should save the text file and close the Dash at the
same time.
