I guess you expect that Apport will report your crash to Launchpad, but it's
not a default behaviour in 12.04.
Look at the bug #994921.
To make the crash reporting work, comment out line 23 in
'/etc/apport/crashdb.conf' ("'problem_types': ['Bug', 'Package'],") and reboot.
BTW, nautilus & glipper crash files have nothing to do with _this_ bug
-- you can remove these attachments.

'ubuntu-bug /var/crash/app.crash' should still allow manual bug filing
