Ok. Turns out this is due to a partial en_GB "translation" in /usr/share/locale-langpack/en_GB/LC_MESSAGES/mountall.mo.
I've confirmed that the mountall.pot translation template in launchpad is up-to-date, so this is a translation issue, not a bug in mountall. It appears that the translations given in the en_GB translation are inconsistent - with 'disc' used as a spelling in only one of the translations and 'disk' used in the others. Someone will need to update the translations to make this consistent. David, what's the right way to escalate this issue to the en_GB translators? I don't think I'm qualified to say which spelling should be used here, but it does need to be made consistent. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/980528 Title: Inconsistent wording in messages from fsck To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mountall/+bug/980528/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
