I  found a temporary solition.
Open your sources.list file with gedit. 

sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/22.05.2012.sources.list.bak
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

 Search independent keyword and comment all lines save and close. 
Now try sudo apt-get update, it works for me but this changes probably disable 
major and dist updates.
