Public bug reported:

This started hapednning suddenly after a reboot, the systema has bbeen
woriking perfectly since two years ago.

At first I thought it is a hardware problem, but checking around it
seems it may be a bug.

The system is very slow but I managed to report this bug from within it.
So far I cannot see any data corruption, everything seems to be here,
but it is so slow that it is uselless
