Please sync istanbul 0.2.2-9 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/control
    - Add Dependency on gstreamer0.10-gconf. (LP: #897462, #818249).
  * Merge from debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Fixed a typo in a patch. Changed "Gtk" to "gtk". Fixes opening
      save dialogue. (LP: #738673, Closes: #619028)

The typo and dependency has been added to the debian package.
No need for merging anymore.
Package builds fine.
