Please sync netpipe 3.7.2-7 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/rules: Pass -Wl,--no-as-needed to fix FTBFS with ld --as-needed.
(LP: #771040) (Closes: #631631)
This is not needed anymore, package builds fine in current state.
