There is a configuration error in your /etc/default/grub file. From
your attachments we have:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
pcie_aspm=force drm.vblankoffdelay=1 i915.semaphores=1
you want it to be
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="pcie_aspm=force drm.vblankoffdelay=1
i915.semaphores=1"
