In Quantal around half the packages are now multiarch. (The libqt* ones)
Due to some changes that will need to be made to the qt4-x11 source
package, the declarative import libraries (libdeclarative-*) are not yet
MultiArch. Once the appropriate changes are made in qt4-x11, all that
will need to be done is to update the paths in the install manifests and
push a new build to quantal.
