OS: ubuntu11.10/12.04
Steps to Reproduce:

1. install 11.10 or 12.04
2. Connect any display
3. run xclock/xeyes in the terminal,
4. observe the xclock title bar, found it is dark no matter I click , resize
,move the xclock window. its title bar wont change
issue can not be observed with other window（like open a terminal）
issue can be observed with intel driver , radeon driver , and fglrx driver .
issue can not be observed with metacity replace.
