Public bug reported:
Some running applications don't have a launcher tile, nor do they show
up in the Alt-tab list. The gimp does this for me all the time. When I
launch keepassx, I get a tile for the password dialog, and then it goes
away once the main window opens. I am able to switch to these
applications with Super-W, but not alt-tab and not the launcher, of
course.
This is a fresh install of 12.04.
