I installed now with Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit version my netbook, because I not want wayting the kernel compilation my 64 bit system. I installed the patched 3.2.16 custom kernel version. Hopefuly I right applied the patch, but the test results is I think good.
Login operation happening about 6 second after I press ENTER key if I using my netbook with battery. Top shows minimum 12%, maximum 32% CPU usage, and always not upowerd daemon using the most cpu capacity. Possible this is a subjective experience, but now entire system my netbook more responsive. Prewious I only possible decrease CPU usage if I restrict upowerd daemon cpu usage with 1% with cpulimit utility. Please look the attachments, only interesting thing upower monitor related text file have following outputs: Monitoring activity from the power daemon. Press Ctrl+C to cancel.
