Nice catch, that's indeed a wrong assumption on the part of the
ifblacklist_migrate.sh script -- I'll look at fixing this ASAP; but
anyone wanting to take a stab and that funky sed line in
ifblacklist_migrate.sh is welcome to do so ;)
