Public bug reported:

I am on Ubuntu12.10 Qantal 64bit.

In LibreOffice Calc it is possible enter a navigator window with
pressing "F5".

When in Tools -> Options... -> LibreOffice -> View -> User Interface ->
Scaling is set to 130%, which makes the menu entires bigger, the entries
of the navigator window are not placed correctly.

I attach a screenshot.
