Ubuntu 12.04 x64 running on Toshiba R830 (core i5, intel graphics)
Shutdown operation is doing fine most of the time when my laptop is connected
on power supply.
But, when doing the same when my laptop is running on its battery, the shutdown
does not perform as expected: the screen just stays on the ubuntu purple
shutdown display, with the dots blinking.
It never powers off. I have to do it manually: 5 seconds on the POWER switch.
