Hi Bryce. Since the change is so significant, is there any regression test plan for testing the library? The test case listed here is great for this bug, but there are so many other things fixed, it makes me nervous to just update all of those things to fix this bug, without some kind of broader testing plan.
Another option is to figure out the actual impact of not updating this. It sounds to me like you're thinking perhaps python-launchpadlib-toolkit prior to 1.0 just won't work at all.
