Steps to reproduce:
- Start meld in windowed mode -> OK.
- Set meld to fullscreen mode -> OK.
- Quit meld -> OK.
- Start meld -> meld starts in fullscreen mode as expected, but its status bar
is transparent instead of being painted (see attached screenshot). Cycling
between windowed and fullscreen modes fixes the painting.
My Ubuntu 12.04 is installed as a VMware Player guest within a Windows 7
host.
