It looks like the patch you refer on your report hasn't been accepted upstreams, probably because it seems to be incorrect (although I'm not familiar with ocfs2 code).
I've tried to fix the problem and built a test kernel that I would like to ask you to try and see if it solves the problem. If this kernel works for you, I'll try to push it into mainline.
