Confirmed, and in fact the append lines in
/var/lib/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default are > 255 characters.
However, if I'm not mistaken the 255 character limit only applies to 2.4
and older kernels.
The warning should be silenced, but it shouldn't be hurting anythign.
