Public bug reported:
The new py3cairo package imported from Debian now build depends on
pytest to run the tests during build.
pytest is a relatively small package, well-covered by tests, supports
Python 3, no Debian/Ubuntu bugs. I recommend it to include in main, as
it is also quite a nice tool to use in other packages as well.
