Public bug reported:
Hello,
Recently, unity always fails to reload when pressing Alt+F2 and typing unity
--replace after a bug.
No launcher, no panel.
Some opened windows are still visible but no interaction is possible (mouse
does nothing and keyboard shortcuts are not working).
Just Ctrl+Alt+F2 allow to reboot properly.
