This appears to be fixed: I have foo.local in ~/.ssh/known_hosts, and
foo in ~/.ssh/config.
Completing "ssh f" provides both foo.local and foo in the list of
completions.
(this might be configurable somewhere though)
I am using Ubuntu Precise, zsh 4.3.17.
