In My case it's Rythym Box is the only app that is showing. I have 2 screens with the launcher/start menu showing on both screens and I have 'Sticky Edges' switched to off. The main drawback with this bug is I can't get to any existing window like Firefox/Chrome/Vmware and have to create/open a new instance of the program. I haven't tried switching between 2D and 3D yet.
