Specifically, I noticed this issue among the checkbox-style preferences.
E.g., my preference is to disable "Window Always-on-Top" and "Icon in
Taskbar" and to enable "Visible on all User Desktops". I can change any
one of these, and it works great, but if I try more than one, only one
works.
I'm running the default 64-bit Ubuntu 12.04. Tickr 0.6.0 (from main
repositories).
