The bug is still present for any theme using a rather light menubar, I guess.
As far as I can tell, this is a libreoffice bug, or libreoffice-gtk bug: it does seem to automatically adjust the text colors of selected items depending on their background. If bg[SELECTED] for the menu is rather dark, it seems to default to white text, wich is bad and not consistent to the way other applications get their menubar, menuitem, menu and selected colors. Now, the solution I'd wish for would be to see a libreoffice-gtk3, but I do believe changing the way the colors for the menu and manubars are fetched is much more reasonable - for a short term fix. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/840201 Title: libreoffice menu buttons are not visible when clicked in Lubuntu 11.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/840201/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
