Bluetooth device seems to be recognized by the kernel, and rfkill
responds to the hardware switch.

Network manager states that the device is enabled, however you can not 
configure bluetooth settings.
Also, if you try and launch bluetooth-wizard, the scanning for devices section 
with hang.
