Public bug reported:

After upgrade to precise, mysql no longer wants to start.

$ sudo service mysql start
start: Job failed to start

After peeking into the upstart config file, I discovered that deamon itself
runs fine.
The problem is the apparmor profiles
$ sudo /lib/init/apparmor-profile-load usr.sbin.mysqld
AppArmor parser error for /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld in
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld at line 44: Could not open
'local/usr.sbin.mysqld'

reinstalling the package fixed the issue, but having the database down without
a reason was quite scary.
Please consider hunting this bug, even though most of the people probably
upgraded already.

unfortunatelly, I forgot to preserve the broken profile file

** Affects: mysql-5.5 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
