Apport done, as you can see apport is refusing to work correctly for me probably because I'm not(and I cannot) use the ubuntu precise current kernel(I guess 3.0.3) as it now gives erros after updgrade to quantal, neither can I use the ubuntu quantal current kernel(as the bug report says above); and I think apport didnt liked kernel 3.3.7 which does not belong to either(but works with quantal). Apport also says I'm not using linux, maybe because I'm using Quantal, which is far from being finished yet and quite unstable.
