Public bug reported:

Hello,
  The description didn't populate: http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/whoopsie

Plus after reading it using apt-cache I find that it's a little too
generic. Here is some of the information the description is missing.

1. Where do the reports go, even if it is bugs.launchpad.net. What
URL/interface is used for the actual submitting... I.E. what do I need to open
up in my firewall or ?http? proxy.
2. How can I view the reports whoopsie is submitting, for my system and for
every one else. The two main goals are so that users can get an idea of what
whoopsie will do if they install it and what it's done since it's been
installed.
3. Who will this benefit and how much will it cost in CPU/bandwidth/ect. How
important is it that every box have whoopsie. Include at least two blurbs.

Thank you.
