Public bug reported:
On my desktop computer (System76 Leopard Extreme, model leo1), the font
size of the shutdown dialog in the Unity greeter is so tiny that the
text is unreadable. This includes the text on the dialog title and
buttons too. This is very frustrating when shutting down or restarting
the computer from the greeter because I have to remember the order of
the buttons to know which one to click.
The problem only affects logging in on the physical display, which is
using a Sony XBR4 television as its monitor (connected via HDMI). If I
bring up the greeter remotely with Xvnc/XDMCP, the font size in that
dialog is sensible.
I once had a similar problem on this computer with the GDM greeter in an
earlier version of Ubuntu (bug 36251, I believe), so this may not be
specific to the Unity greeter or LightDM.
