Hi Dirk, I was aware of those workarounds. The first one just uninstalls all java/eclipse related packages when I try to remove libwebkitgtk. The second one gives this error when changing to "Design View": "GWT Designer uses the SWT Browser widget to render the GWT UI. SWT Browser requires a compatible xulrunner version installed: it should be 1.9.1.x or 1.9.2.x version and meet the current environment architecture. See http://www.eclipse.org/swt/faq.php#whatisbrowser and related topics for more information."
So, even with those, I can't open Design View. Still, that really wasn't a fix, just a workaround so the bug would still be valid :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/997856 Title: Eclipse hangs while opening a parsing a file with GWT Designer To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eclipse/+bug/997856/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
