Control+Super+Down is only bound to unmaximize_window_key
(/usr/share/compiz/core.xml). So it will only restore windows and never
minimize them. To compiz, those are never the same key combination.
Either the shortcut overlay is simply wrong, or unity is completely
missing a feature that the design team intended should work.
